Here at Premier Bonsai we have tried to keep things simple. We hope you find our website easy to use. After months of planning and hard work we are very pleased to have launched our brand new website. The old website was quite dated and was originally set up just to get us going. By having our new website we think we'll be able to give you the customer a better deal, a more reliable, efficient and quicker service. We are a small family run business with a huge passion for bonsai. We are dedicated in bringing you the very best products and service possible. As a smaller company your orders mean that little bit more to us and we're able to make your shopping experience a bit more special and personal. Here at Premier Bonsai we guarantee a fast, friendly and reliable service. If you have any questions we'll do our best to answer them for you. All of our bonsai trees are hand picked for their unique qualities and characteristics. All trees are in peak health before being offered for sale.
We stock a wide range of species. We have many of the most popular including, Trident Maple (Acer Buergerianum), Japanese Maple (Acer Palmatum), Korean Hornbeam (Carpinus Turczaninowii), Japanese White Pine (Pinus Parviflora) Juniper (Itoigawa) (Shimpaku etc...) Black Pine (Pinus Thunbergii) Chinese Elm (Ulmus parvifolia), Azlea and many many more. .. We like to think we have a good eye for picking out potential quality bonsai / material, meaning our selection of trees should stand out. Sometimes we come across rarer species, so check back regular in case we happen to get that special tree you've been after! We also don't always have all of our tree stock listed for sale.
Over time we are going to build on and expand the website further. We will update the site regularly and post the odd article. We'll aim to provide more relevant and detailed information about our bonsai trees and related products. Please bare with us as we continue to iron out any creases in the new website. We're hoping to inspire a younger generation of bonsai artists and show them the beauty that lies within. It's surprising how many people react when you mention bonsai. They always seem very keen and interested in the subject. Sadly a lot of people's first comments are 'Oh those little trees are difficult to keep and die very easily don't they.' In our opinion that couldn't be further from the truth. It's really not that hard to keep bonsai happy and healthy. Just some research and common sense. We think given that little push to really show people what can really be achieved may encourage some to took into the hobby a little deeper.

We use a range of different couriers depending on size, weight & destination, see our shipping info page. All of our parcels are insured during transit meaning if the unexpected happens you'll get a replacement or refund. All of our tree's are packed very secure for their journey. We use various different techniques depending on size, weight and shape of the tree. We have packed and sent many trees with absolutely no damage and non returned. Generally the trees are secured into a box / wooden frame (if needed) They don't touch the sides of the box and can be held upside down with no problem at all. So don't worry wondering if your tree will arrive safely. It will :) Some of our larger bonsai may require collection by appointment only. Some larger tree's may be considered for shipping with prior planning and shipping costs agreed. These orders may take a little longer than normal. Please Note - We can ship most goods world wide. Bonsai trees, Soil mixes and Organic Fertilizers are an exception they can't be sent outside of any European Union countries. This is because of customs restrictions. If you're unsure about an item please contact us before you make an order and we'll gladly help.
